  1. It is every girl's desire to look beautiful, and a major part of that beauty is the hair. Sometimes your hair is according to your liking and sometimes it is not. For the latter case, extensions are a simple method to get the kind of hair you always dream of. In this presentation, we will discuss various types of hair extensions and how you should take care of them.

  2. Tape-in extensions are one of the most common extensions currently in use. These extensions don't take too long to set and not require further visits to the salon for adjustment. These tapes of hair are glued to either side of your natural hair by using heat. Tape-in extensions can easily last for several months with proper care. However, you should be careful with the use of heavy conditioners because they can make the extensions to slip.

  3. Clip-in hair extensions are the most temporary type of extensions, if you need to give your hair a new look for a function or a party, apply clip in extensions and you are all set. The good thing about them is that they can be placed anywhere on the head and are available in all types of colours, styles, and textures. They are a perfect option for temporary usage.

  4. Micro-bead extensions keep going for a few months because they are applied around the natural hair, and finished using a metal bead. Since the extensions are looped through your natural hair, you can choose to move the beads up and down to a certain extent if you need. To prevent the beads from slipping, don't keep conditioner close to the beads.

  5. Hair weft extensions are applied on the bundles of weaved natural hair by method of stitching. There are two types of weft extensions available today, hand wafted and machine wafted Anyone can get weft extensions regardless of their hair type, but if you have extremely feeble hair, they won’t have the capacity to deal with stitching so you should try out another method.

  6. Fusion extension is the most costly hair extension procedure, but it requires almost no maintenance after the extensions have been installed. The extensions are bonded/fused to the hair using glues like keratin and glue, however, keratin is now more popular because it is more secure. When you are done, your extensions are set for four to five months. If you take proper care and your hair grow very quickly, fusion extensions can last even longer.
