Existe papel para a vigilância ativa? Quais seriam os candidatos? Como realizar o seu seguimento? • Sim, para casos selecionados. • Candidatos: pacientes idosos ou com múltiplas comorbidades e baixa expectativa de vida, p , com tumores pequenos (<3cm), de tamanho estável, e que aceitem os riscos do seguimento. • Seguimento com exames de imagem: primeiro exame a ser realizado de 3 a 6 meses após o diagnóstico e após em intervalos de 6 em 6 meses nos primeiros 1‐2 anos e depois anualmente.
