  2. Workers • In the assembly line there are both human and robot workers. • There are more robot workers than human workers because human workers take more time. • Making the assembly line increased job count.

  3. Parts • Every part is made one by one the exact same way in the assembly line. • The parts in the assembly line are called widgets. • Widgets are small gears that go in cars, bikes, and other vehicles. Widgets

  4. The Model T • The first car was invented by Henry Ford in 1896. • It was called the Model T. • The car was $825.00 • Henry Ford was determined to build a car so he made the Model T.

  5. Henry Ford • Henry Ford was born on July 30, 1863 in Dearborn, Michigan. • He enjoyed tinkering with machines from the time he was a young boy. • He invented the modern assembly line.
