  22. DISTRICT Grant Process • Maysponsor (1) one grant: Local ORNon-Rotary Partner OR Small international throughOctober 2019 Committee meeting (November 1 applications) 4. Grants must be a NEW Rotary project (not part of an operational budget) for one fiscal year; future funding can be supported by the club. When the same benefiting organization receives Grants several years in succession it is considered to be a planned annual income source for the organization rather than a Rotary project.

  23. DISTRICT Grant Process • Non-Rotary Partner: donor cannot be the benefiting • Organization • Applications and all required documentation due 1st each month until all funds used • 7. June meeting, approval; project may start prior to July 1 • Funding available later in the summer when TRF transfers funds. • Construction Qualifies • Vocational Training Teams (VTT) on grant application is: • -- “N/A” if this is not a VTT application. • -- Generally VTTs are small international. • 10. Reports due within 30 days of completion or by June 30th

Global … AFTER TRF Approval • Receive TRF approval letter • Set up Separate Bank Account • Collect Club Contributions into Account • 5% Fee only if cash sent to TRF (or India) • TRF will wire World Fund match and DDF • Implement project; retain all receipts • File progress or final reports with TRF
