  6. Feature-Benefits: Unbalanced Air Valve • Feature Description • Center section of valve is constantly pressurized • Automatically resets valve to prevent stalling • Benefit • Eliminates stalling associated with competitive brands utilizing a balanced valve • Ensures pump operates on demand

  7. Pro-Series Valve Operation • Step 1: • Valve is at rest • Air is supplied to the Right Diaphragm Chamber • Left Diaphragm Chamber exhausts to atmosphere

  8. Pro-Series Valve Operation • Step 2: • Pilot Rod shifts, sending signal to large end of Major Valve • Major Valve shifts • Right Diaphragm Chamber exhausts to atmosphere • Air supplied to Left Diaphragm Chamber

  9. Pro-Series Valve Operation • Step 3: • Pilot Rod shifts, signal to large end of Major Valve is eliminated • Major Valve resets • Air supplied to Right Diaphragm Chamber • Left Diaphragm Chamber exhausts to atmosphere

  10. Feature-Benefits: O-Ring Seal • Feature Description • Major valve rides on O-rings as it reciprocates in air motor • Benefit • Eliminates blow-by of compressed air at Air Valve • When fluid flow stops, the flow of compressed air also stops • O-Rings wipe away contaminants from air supply

Feature-Benefits: No-Lube Operation • Feature Description • ARO Diaphragm Pumps DONOT require air line lubricant • Use a Filter/Regulator on air inlet • Recommended F-R in each catalog • Benefit • One less maintenance step • Instruct customer not to use oils that harm the pump: ATF, Vaseline, Tool Oil, Valve Oil, Ethylene-Glycol, WD-40, etc. Note: “No-Lube Operation” means no air-line lubricant is required.
