Group Theory • To facilitate a structured educational conversation amongst one an other. • To encourage critical thinking, expression of individual ideas, and growth. • To instill each juvenile with valuable lessons to apply to their lives at all times. • To build rapport with juveniles and staff. • To provide individual direction based on a juvenile’s needs, age, offense(s), etc… • To elicit critical thought and participation from each juvenile.
