Jungtinėje Karalystėje) buvo Lietuvoje, jis nukentėjo autoavarijoje, sukeltoje transporto priemonės, kurios vairuotojas buvo apsidraudęs PZU Lietuva. • 2009 m. sausio 12 d. D. A. Homawoo High Court of Justice pateikė ieškinį prieš PZU Lietuva ir pareikalavo atlyginti žalą, patirtą dėl sužalojimo, ir netiesioginius nuostolius. • Nustatykite jurisdikciją ir taikytiną teisę.
