  4. Playing recordings and managing them on screen Stay on the Playing recording icon. The playing speed can be adjusted for better understanding when listening. Value of normal play: 1; slow down towards 0.25; speed up towards 2.0. Playing volume can be adjusted: recommended 40%. Management of tapes and directories for post-recording tasks 3 Setting tape size limit: the size that can be used for the selected tape (in megabites) and the duration of saving records (in days). When the set limit is reached the programme alerts the user. Attaching a document to the record: minutes can be made while the record is played that can be attached or matched to the record.   8. Searching for records or tapes based on recording title, date and storage location 2. Enter the title or part of the title of the record to be searched for 3. Select if looking for a recording, tape or directory 4. Select the making date of the record 1. Click on the Search for directories or tapes icon 5. Select the loaction of the record, tape or directory to be searched for 6. By clicking on the Search button, records matching the set criteria will appear in the Play list.
