Newcastle United is our football team. They are called the Magpies because they play in black and white!
Hadrian’s Wall Hadrian’s Wall has been here for nearly 2000 years, it was built by the Romans. It was built to keep out the Scottish and the Celts. It gave our village its name!
Heddon today Our village has a pub which was a blacksmiths!
Our Church St Andrew’s Church in Heddon is very old. It was built in 650AD. We go to Church at Harvest, Christmas and Easter. Audrey, our priest, comes into school to help us and take Worship.
OurSchool The school has been here for 50 years. There are 139 children and 8 teachers.
