  1. Report from the Secretary CERN Fall 2012 Committee Meeting Joachim Vollaire

  2. Role • Interface with the Peron and Saint GenisMairie for Gym rental • attend annual meeting (critical to keep slots) • pay fees for cost of rental and repair • Chase keys (Peron) at the end of the year • Communicate complaints (gardien) • Ensure that we have a proper insurance

Gym rental • Saint Genis : • 15 EUR/y to be a member of the OMS, gym free • Monday night • Peron • Tuesday from 19 h to 22 h except January, February and Xmas holidays and training on Saturday • 15 EUR per hour • First semester of 2012 : 7 Saturday / 2 h and 18 Tuesday 18 h = 68 h x 15 EUR = 1020 EUR • Lot of clubs in “waiting list” so better to keep a low profile and respect rules (priority: clubs involving children and locals….)

  4. Payments • Using personal check for payment and deposit (200 EUR for Peron key) • Challenging to have a proof of payment when done to the Tresor Public, needed for treasurer reimbursement !!!! • 1020 EUR paid 17/09 still not reimbursed…. • Opening a Club bank account in France should be envisaged (CA Prevessin ?)

  5. Damage in Peron • March a ball hit a manual fire alarm push button, 553.16 EUR for the cost of repair • Bill sent by the mairie and damage not covored by Winthertur (club insurance) • “pour les dommages aux choses prises recues pour etreutilisees, travailles, transporteesou pour d’autres raisons….” • Maybe next time see if the player has a “responsabilite civil” ?

  6. Insurance • Winthertur is our current insurance • Cost is 241.5 CHF/y not sure what is covered but proof of insurance must be shown to the Peron mairie….

  7. Perspectives • I would be delighted to pass over this exciting responsibility to someone new as I am not actively playing football anymore !!! • Volunteers (proper training and smooth transition guaranty) ?
