  3. Today’s Objective • Step – by – step instructions for inputting FY12 Approved RFA • Materials needed – • FY 2012 Grant Application (RFA) • All related RFA Documents (to be specified later in this presentation)

  4. Today’s Procedures • We are going to provide screenshots and instructions as we progress through the process of inputting all information, documents and data into the eGAP system.

  5. Important Notice ALL New and ALL Continuation Applications must entered into eGAP at the same time. Deadline – Friday, September 23rd at 5:00 p.m. When applications come to me Superintendent Approved – All applications must be in eGAP.

  9. Let’s get started! Add Grant Application

  10. On this screen, you will input all required information….including the Cost Center Code…which MUST be EXACT!!!!! This code must be exactly entered as it was sent in the letter received by your local LEA. If you don’t have the code, it must be obtained prior to moving forward with the process!

  11. Next – go to the budget page Remember – Check your award letter for Award amounts

  12. Enter Your figures – based on your award letter

  18. Deadline for ALL Applications to be Superintendent Approved – September 23rd at 5:00 p.m. Remember the Character Limit – 3,000
