Enacted by: 91st United States Congress • The Branch of Conservation Planning Assistance in the Division of Habitat and Resource Conservation is responsible for coordination of Service responsibilities and activities associated with the NEPA • The Fish and Wildlife Service provides technical and biological information for use in the NEPA review process • Service coordination efforts include: • Internal compliance with NEPA related to Service proposals and environmental documents; • Service involvement under NEPA in the coordination and review of NEPA and other environmental documents of other Federal agencies.
