  2. Foreward • I think there are five requests which I will do when I will become a qualied agent . But everything is not absolutely, maybe I want to fail, maybe I will succeed. Whatever the future will is ,I will do my best.

  3. Five points • First:study • Second:skill • Third:speaking • Fourth:attitude • Fifth:psychological quality

  4. First:study Whatever you like you are studying, you have been here.So you must study. Whatever life or work is, I must adapt.

  5. Second:skill I should have the concerned knowledge such as geography,language. Nowadays,Shanghai will have an Expo, English has been indispensable skill in the morden city. Certainly,there is also other necessary professional knowledge.

  6. Third:speaking I should communicative. A agent receives a number of calls that do not result in sales, such as complaints. So I should learn to deal with the relationship with the passengers.

  7. Fourth:attitude • A agent’voice on the telephone is often the only human contact the passenger has with the airline before flight. Many people consider the voice on the other end of the phone as the voice of the airline itself. So there is a line ,that is ,attitude desides to everything.

  8. Fifth:necessary qualities • I think the three points are important:  patience,  carefulness,  kindness. As a agent , I should revolve around the passengers.

  9. For me , I am studying and learning all necessary skills. It is hard to communicate with people because of my shy character . But I will try .In the practice , I will improve my knowledge and capability . I hope that I will be qualified for my future job.

  10. Epilogue • In the future , I will meet some kinds of people . I will handle all kinds of situations which would happen in the working. So by the time ,I will have courage to overcome it.
