Arrival Procedures • If you walk your child into school: • Bring your child downstairs • Hang up belongings in cubbie • Wash Hands • Get name card out of yellow pocket chart on door in restroom area • MWF-use name card to answer question of the day • T/Th-bring name card into the classroom • Bring blue communication folder into the room Please try to have your child in the classroom no later than 7:55

Big Day for Pre K Login • You will need to use the following to log onto the parent page: • Username: preschoolbruins • Password: bruins You will find information and online tools that help with the school-home connection
Reporting an Absence • Email me or call the office to report your child’s absence by 8:00
Snacks • Parent provided…I will let you know when it is your month to bring in a snack • Drinks are provided by the school • Must be store bought • Must be nut/peanut free • We do celebrate birthdays, but the treats must also be store bought and nut free
Volunteer Opportunities • Parties • Making Playdough • Other opportunities…just ask!
VIRTUS Training • Prior to volunteering in the classroom (including attending parties) or attending field trips, you MUST complete your VIRTUS training.
Conferences • Held twice a year • November (when the rest of the school does) • Spring: April 17th and 18th. There will be more details as we get closer. ***There will be NO preschool on April 18th***
Clothing • Please keep an extra set of clothes in your student’s backpack…preschool can get messy! • Preschoolers do not wear uniforms • Keep clothes preschool friendly • Wear sturdy shoes…no flip flops
