  3. 1、门诊2014年2-4抗菌药物使用率 门诊抗菌药物使用 统计时间：2014-02-1—2014-04-30 注：按照《2013年抗菌药物专项整治活动》“肿瘤医院门诊患者抗菌药物处方比例不超过10%”

  4. 2、抗菌药物通报表一 2014年4月份我院住院患者抗菌药物使用率为27.42% 2014年3月份我院住院患者抗菌药物使用率为25.15%

  5. 3、抗菌药物通报表二 2014年4月份我院手术病人使用抗菌药物比例为56.46% 2014年3月份我院手术病人使用抗菌药物比例为56.51%

  6. 4、抗菌药物通报表三 2014年4月份我院Ⅰ类切口病人使用抗菌药物比例为13.21%； 2014年3月份我院Ⅰ类切口病人使用抗菌药物比例为15.72%；

  7. 二、2014年4月份抗菌药物送检率 2014年4月份治疗使用抗菌药物人数为359例， 送检例数为122例，总体送检率为33.98% 2014年3月份总送检率为40.06% 附注：查送检内容包括：1、尿培养+药敏；2、血培养+药敏；3、大便培养+药敏；4、脑脊液培养+药敏；5、胸液培养+药敏；6、腹液培养+药敏；7、穿刺液培养+药敏；8、其他物品培养+药敏；9、咽拭子培养+药敏；10、分泌物培养+药敏；11、痰培养+药敏 注：接受抗菌药物治疗的住院患者抗菌药物使用前微生物检验样本送检率不低于30%

  8. 二、2014年4月份限制性使用级抗菌药物送检率 2014年4月份限制级抗菌药物送检率为39.42%，具体科室送检情况如左所示； 2014年3月份限制级抗菌药物送检率为48.27%

  9. 二、2014年4月份特殊使用级抗菌药物送检率 2014年4月份特殊级抗菌药物送检率为75%，具体科室送检情况如下所示； 2014年3月份特殊级抗菌药物送检率为58.33%
