  2. Early Life • Henry Ford was born July 30, 1863 Wayne County, Michigan. • His dad moved from Ireland to America. He hoped for a better life in eastern Michigan • Henry’s mom died at thirty-seven years old. • His hobbies were playing with gadgets. He went to Scotch Settlement School. Henry left school at 15 years old and did not attend college.

  3. Adult Life • Henry Ford married Clara Bryant they had a son named Edsel Ford • His job was the CEO of Ford Motor Company. Also when he was 16 he was Machinist. • One of his special accomplishments was when made the assembly line for production of the automobile. • Sadly Henry died April 17, 1947 he was 83.

Important facts about Henry Ford • Did you know Henry Ford worked for Thomas Edison. • He made his own tools for his work. • In 1918 President Woodrow Wilson convinced Ford to run for a seat on the Senate as a Democrat. • In 1926 Henry Ford bought the Redstone School House in Sterling , Massachusetts.

  5. My Opinion about Henry Ford. • I think Henry Ford is a great man because we wouldn’t have a car today. • Do you think he is a great man I hope you do. • I would thank him if I could today. • He is very brave because he was not afraid of being wrong.
