COUNTER BALANCES A C B E D F I G H ------INDEPENDENT TASKS------ • PERFORM– practice each of the counter balances with your partner looking for: • CREATE– design your own Counter Balance – what star rating would you give it and WHY? • LINK– Starting in ‘A’ try to get into ‘B’ then ‘C’ in as few linking moves as possible (USING - Roll, Jump, Turn, Travel)! EXTENSION - same for D-E-F then G-H-I! • SEQUENCE– using an INDIVIDUAL BALANCE as a start and finish create a sequence of BRONZE (2 Counter Balances) SILVER (3 CB) or GOLD(4 CB) with linking moves in between [Roll, Jump, Turn, Travel] 3sec Hold Stillness Strength Tension
