This analysis explores the intertwining of WWII propaganda against Japanese Americans and the military strategies employed in the Pacific. In the aftermath of Pearl Harbor, over 110,000 Japanese Americans, primarily Nisei, were forcibly relocated to internment camps, losing homes, jobs, and rights. This was fueled by pervasive hatred and mistrust. Concurrently, military strategies such as island hopping led to significant battles at Midway, Guadalcanal, and Iwo Jima, culminating in the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and Japan's eventual surrender.
