Assignment(Quantitative Analysis) • Put the data into your excel program in your computer • Calculating average result, standard deviation and relative standard deviation • Make a graph with excel and try to discuss the result
Assignment(Qualitative Analysis) • Burn a candle indoor • Capture the flame’s picture 6-7 timesusing your digital camera from same distances • Save the picture and open it in your computer • Check the flame stability by comparing all pictures • Measure flame’s lengths (from the bottom to upper part) • Measure flame’s widths (half length flame part) • Make a quantitative analysis from those data (average, standard deviation and relative standard deviation/RSD) • Make the graph and write your own discussion Flame’s length Flame’s width
