  5.  Procedures • Acceptance of Norms • Meeting Structures • Minutes are sent to members to review for accuracy • Start and End on Time • Everyone has an equal voice  • No topic is off-limits • Completed Interest Survey to tap into skills/support

  6.  Minutes • Taken at every CET meeting • Submitted to the Receiver for review • Submitted to NYSED and CET members • Shared at the start of the next CET meeting for accuracy and updates

  8. Partnerships • Mentoring Activities – individual & group – SCCC, SCPD, Citibank, Alpha Phi Alpha • Financial Support – snacks for Fun Fridays, Saturday Academy, technology • Human Capital Support – participation on Fun Friday, etc

  10. Tapping into the ways the community can give back • Monetary – food, games, supplies • Time – volunteer, mentoring • Advocacy – for both the school & community members  • Intellect – asking tough questions and providing tough answers
