Condo information • Condos are available throughout the world based on availability. • Prices will be determined by availability, season, size, and location. • Condo requests can be made 60 days to 18 months in advance. • Condo weeks are valid for one year based on calendar year. They are not accumulative. • A directory of a sampling of the condos we use is located on our website. • “Hot Weeks” are to only be used by our primary members and may not be transferred or sold to others. • A list is available on our website and emailed directly to members every Tuesday afternoon and updated daily. • Payment will be by credit card only due at the time of booking. • Minimum processing time is 72 hours. • Burn Weeks are located on our website and can be used by members for personal travel or offered to family, friends or clients.

Submitting a Condo Request • Condo Travel Clubprefers that you submit your condo request through our web-site at www.condotravelclub.com. • Go towww.condotravelclub.com • Login with your CTC member ID# or temporary # • Click on the condominiums tab that is located on the left side of the page. There you will see where to submit a condo request. Once you have submitted a condo request, you will hear from a member of the Condo Department from the New York office, via email. You will receive this response 24-48 hours from the time you submitted your request. This email is only an acknowledgement that we are in receipt of your condo request. Note if you did not receive an email response from the NY office acknowledging your request, then for some reason we did not receive your condo request. Please call our NY office @ 877-453-8458. • Condo Travel Clubrealizes that some members prefer that personal touch and we would be more than happy to take your condo request over the phone. Please call 877-453-8458 and ask for a Condo Specialist that can assist you with your condo request. You may also mail us a condo request.

  5. Under Travel Club follow these simple steps: • Select the Condominium tab Condo Request Form On Line • Login to the Condo Travel Club Web-site • Using your CTC member ID or temporary number • Select Condominium Request Form

Condo Requests • When you are reserving a condo by submitting a requests, please keep in mind the following: • Location/Geographic • Date/Holidays • Size of condo unit ,multiple units, consecutive weeks • All these variables play a key part in determining how long it may take to fulfill your condo request. • Flexibility in location • Flexibility in dates • Flexibility in unit size is always helpful • However we do understand sometimes flexibility is not plausible and it may take us longer to locate availability for you. Your patience is appreciated.

Submitting a Condo Request or Guest Request • Once you have submitted a condo request, your personal condo agent will call you to go over all the pertinent information that is needed to search for a condo unit for you. • Remember although we search by area not by specific resort, we will take a specific resort into consideration if it is in our Condo Directory. • If you have any questions, concerns or any changes to be made to your existing request, you may call your personal condo agent at anytime during the searching process. • Now that we have received your request the process is as follows: • We work with a group of wholesale suppliers to find the availability for you. • This process is not instantaneous, as mentioned above there are key factors that determine how long it may take us to find your vacation condo. • We do not have an in house reservation system. • We have a very high success rate in fulfillment and although we do not guarantee availability, we do our best to locate your condo in a timely fashion. • We do appreciate your patience in this process as the condo inventory changes for us daily.

Condo Booking Engines • The web-site hosts several booking engines located under the Condominiums tab. • Note this inventory can be used by members, family, friends and for clients. • DAILY Condo Rentals -Live inventory, book online. • Click n Go Weekly Condos -Instant Access Weeks for Members Only! Book live or put on hold for 24 hours. • More Weekly Condo Rentals -Additional live inventory. Book online. • Member Only Condo Vacations -Live inventory, book online. • Burn Weeks -Live Inventory. Book online.

  9. Sample Condo Request Forms On-line request form. Please completely fill in all pertinent information to ensure your vacation request is process correctly. On-line printable, mail in request form.

  10. If you would like to place a condo request for a client you may do so by submitting a Guest Condo Request. The Guest Request form is located in the same area as the Member Request form. Special Instruction are as follow: If you would like to make a commission on your requested week, please advise the Condo Agent that we will need to change the price for your client. We will then charge your client the determined price and you will receive the difference in price for a commission. Once the unit is paid for by your client, a check for the difference will be mailed directly to you from our office. Guest Request

Member Benefits As a member you can share your Condominium Travel Club membership and benefits with family and friends: • Condo Pricing • Requested weeksat your member flat rate pricing • $499.00* for studio and one bedroom unit. • $599.00* for two bedroom units. • $699.00* for three bedroom units. Flat rate prices only apply to weeks obtained through the "Condominium Request Form". Prices for online inventory displayed on our website and Hot Weeks are as stated online. Add $100 per week for Holiday weeks as well as $200 per week for condominiums outside the 48 Contiguous States. All weeks are based upon availability. Fixed rate does not apply to all-inclusive resorts and some major metropolitan cities. Taxes charged by certain states such as Florida are additional. • Bonus Weeks • Hot Weeks • Condominium Travel Club’s on-line booking engine inventory • Hot week • Member only condo inventory • Priced at $99.00-$399.00 for a full week • New list of inventory every Tuesday @ 5 Eastern

Agent Benefits Requested weeks Special Instruction are as follow: • If you would like to make a commission on your requested week, please advise your Condo Agent that they will need to change the price for your client. We will then charge your client the determined price and you will receive the difference in price for a commission. • once the unit is paid for by your client, a check for the difference will be mailed directly to you from our office. Bonus Weeks • Condominium Travel Club’s on-line booking engines allow you to add your client to the reservation when booking a condo on-line. This inventory can be used to fill your clients request. Instant Travel Site • Your clients canuse your Instant Travel Site to book all their travel needs and you make commission.
