  6. Concept Check Training Cascade Mr. Gary and his Alaskan Malamute, Cascade, are in training. Cascade is being trained to pull a bike by first training to pulling a tire. Many rest stops are built into the training. Eventually we both return to our original starting point. Will we both have the same displacement? 1) yes 2) no Yes, we will both have the same displacement. Since Cascade and I have the same initial and final positions, then we (by definition) the same displacement. Follow-up: Have Cascade and I traveled the same distance? Explain.
