  1. Launch Readiness Review University/Institution Team Members Date

  2. User Notes • Please follow this template as closely as possible • This presentation is critical for maintaining your flight spot and is required to fly! • Although it seems short, most items will take multiple slides, and please include data and pictures!

  3. Final Payload • Show off your payload! • Pictures of the payload • Pictures of your team with the payload • Pictures of anything else that you love about your payload (keep in mind the time limit on the presentation )

  4. User Guide Compliance For reference: 1.SYS.1 is the early activation line 1.SYS.2 is the RBF/g-switch activation line

  5. Integration Plan and Procedure • How is your integration plan? • What did you learn from your mission sims about integrating? • Is your procedure complete and written? • This is important; integration at Wallops can be stressful so avoid relying on memory to connect everything in the payload • Do you have any concerns? What will you do to mitigate these?

  6. Testing Results • Any updates on testing? • Pictures/plots etc (not required unless you had to do more tests between the delta FMSTR and now) • Does you payload activate properly? • Does your payload fulfill the mission requirements?

  7. Level of Readiness • This is the most important part of the presentation! • Are you ready? • What is ready? • Is anything not ready? • Why? How will you make them ready?

  8. Level of Readiness • Action items between now and June 15th? • Hopefully there is nothing on this slide! • What will you do with the things that aren’t ready?

  9. Check-In Inspections • Are there any remaining questions about check-in? • Have you tried it yet? • Were there any issues?

  10. Final Questions • Do you have any questions about how this week will go? • Any environmental test day questions? • Any integration day questions? • Any launch day questions? • Food questions? • Pony questions? • Bill’s questions?

  11. Discussion • Final Report • Presentation to Workshop • Check-in procedure • Extra people
