  2. What is an analogy? • Analogy- a comparison of two things that are alike in one way, but different in most other ways • An analogy consists of two sets of items. Both sets must have the same relationship. • Some common relationships are synonyms, antonyms, homonyms, categories, whole/part, and functions.
