  1. Scientific Poster Session Board Instructions • This template will help you design your presentation for the Table Demonstration, which we will create for each project. Your board will be 44” width x 28” height and placed on a tripod. When you arrive to present on Sunday, December 1, 2013 at the Javits Center, please locate your board in the Scientific Poster Session Area. • The first slide will be the Title of your presentation with your name, co-presenters names (if applicable) and school or hospital affiliation. Please include your school logo or hospital logo if available. • Do not send PowerPoints over 10MBs. Contact kersing@gnydm.com • Each slide you create will be a section on the board. Please keep it to a maximum of 8 slides. • Once the completed PowerPoint presentation is received, you will be emailed the final proof for your approval. • Each presentation must be received by September 13, 2013. • Only one board per presentation will be accepted. NO material submitted after September 13 will be accepted for the 2013 program. • No advertising matter, commercial promotion, solicitation, or sales of any type are permitted to be presented. Above is what your Poster Board will look like once it is created and displayed. Please insert all your text and photos in simple text and jpg files. Please save in PPT 97-2003 format If you would like to submit your poster in a different format, please call or email.
