  3. Achievements • 96% of schools in Hounslow are HS • National Programme has ended & today local programme launch • Over three-quarters of schools participated in enhanced training • HS Partnership in place

Healthy Schools Partnership • Aims to enhance the health and wellbeing within schools across LBH, focusing on improved outcomes • Provides a network of LBH experts and professionals who can advise on healthy schools • Provides support to schools where the need has been identified • Monitors the impact of interventions/activities related to health and wellbeing priorities and share success stories • Provides effective collaboration between schools through the sharing of best HS practice and advice • Provides opportunities for professional development through linking with other partnership schools and collaborating effectively together Evaluation sheet
