TAKE OFF Website Development Research Report 1.Abstract/Executive Summary: The aim of this study was to analyze the current website position of TAKE OFF travel & tours, detect demerits of website and make some strong recommendations for further improvement of website. The SWOT analysis method adopted for analysis of website. The results indicate that after improving the website the TAKE OFF will get a plus point in business operations. The report concluded that the TAKE OFF must focus on its website’s current position and take prompt actions on website’s development research. It is recommended that the TAKE OFF must apply on a strong online strategic plan that eliminates the drawbacks and make customer centric website. 4 | P a g e

Today’s digital world demand modernization & development in all aspects. Every company which has well & attractive website is successful. The area of study here is to develop the digital strategy plan that enables TAKE OFF to further improve its online services system on website. TAKEOFF Company providing travel related services globally & working in Gujranwala. Now a days it is also providing travel & tour related services to different corporations in Gujranwala, which includes Super Asia Group and Toyo Gujranwala etc. It started its operations in 2013. It assists its customers in making travel arrangements and also provides online counseling services. It provides quality & value services and also gives excellent response time/feedback to its customers. The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of website of TAKE OFF Travel & Tours and then suggest some strong recommendations to apply for further improvement of website according to customer’s demand & perception as well as company’s demand. As the TAKE OFF company started its operation almost 2 years ago, in these days it is thinking to expand its business operations in respect of branches & development in others departments of company. So in objective to target the other market of potential pool of prospect customers, it needs to improve itself in all aspects.
