This report summarizes the impact of the Vermont Instructional Improvement Model (ViiM) professional development initiative led by Brent Garrett and Bruce Smith. Various evaluation instruments, including the Self-Assessment Survey (SAS) and the School-wide Evaluation Tool (SET), provide insights into fidelity and student outcomes over multiple cohorts. Results indicate changes in Office Discipline Referrals (ODRs) across schools and highlight participant perceptions of the program's impact on literacy and behavior. This analysis covers the implementation from Fall 2008 to Fall 2010.
