Items of Focus • Items with High Return Rates since October • 1 out of every 10 Proform 395 Ellipticals are returned (Item 23953) • 1 out of every 10 Proform XP Whirlwind 280 Cycles are returned (Item 21822) • 1 out of every 20 Nordictrack A.C.T. Ellipticals are returned (Item 23878) – this is our most popular item to be delivered in the elliptical / cycle line • Primary Reason Code for returns are “Mechanical” • CCN is your primary resource to help prevent returns
