In this experiment, we tackle the mystery of identifying an unknown type of chocolate. The hypothesis proposed is that the chocolate is dark. By controlling variables such as appearance, smell, and texture—without tasting—we break the chocolate open to examine its characteristics. Data collected indicates that the chocolate is soft, brown, and has a unique squishy texture. The analysis concludes that the chocolate fits the profile of dark chocolate based on its brown color and crunchy consistency, leading to the final conclusion that it is indeed dark chocolate.
