  6. Come up with a verb. Example: snoozed

  7. Now tell WHEN it snoozed. Example: after it ate

  8. Now tell WHERE it snoozed. Example: on a cozy blanket

  9. Now tell HOW it snoozed. Example: gently

  10. Mix the words and phrases to make the best sentence. gently on a cozy blanket kitten after it ate snoozed a fluffy with a white chin

  11. Voila! A Masterpiece Sentence: After it ate, a fluffy kitten with a white chin snoozed gently on a cozy blanket.

  13. Now you create your own masterpiece sentences. • Look at the pictures. • Fill in the graphic organizer. • Cut the pieces OR re-write the words and phrases on sticky notes and move them around to make the best sentences.
