  3. Scene 2 • Pool player on the break • Swimmer diving into the pool (Racing dive) • Footballer warming up • VOICE OVER-”HARD WORK…” • Background sound…Heartbeat normal rate TIME 15 SEC.

Scene 3 • Pool player during the game #taking shots t=2sec • Swimmer during training #strokes butterfly and front-crawl (freestyle) t=3sec • Footballer juggling the ball on the head t=4sec • Footballer doing roadwork running to the top of the mountain t=2sce • VOICE OVER “Effort is painful but rewarding ….” • HEARTBEAT “Rate is increasing to signify increase in adrenaline” TIME = 15 SEC(approx)

  5. Scene 4 • Heart racing #heartbeat increases to climax • Videos of all three scenes show in quick succession • Basically climax of the advert TIME – 20 SEC

Scene 5 • Pool player celebrating after sinking the black • Swimmer celebrating after touching the wall • Footballer sighs in relief after reaching the mountain top • Footballer celebrates after scoring a goal • VOICE OVER – “The ………” • Background heartbeat slows down to normal rate TIME 20 SEC

  7. Scene 6 • Screen blacks out • Total silence • Energy drink bottle appears on screen • VOICE OVER “Says Métier Only the strong thrive. Drink bravery” TIME 15 SEC
