There are five groups of food. A list of five groups of foods are given below: Group 1.bread, rice ,cereals ,noodles and potatoes. Group 2. Fruits and vegetables. Group 3.milk ,cheese and yogurt. Group 4. meat , fish, beans and eggs. Group5. Fats, oils and sweets.
