E-App • A newly developed internet-based Electronic Advance Application System for Post-secondary Programmes • Applications for locally accredited non-JUPAS post-secondary programmes. • Exclude Hong Kong Shue Yan University and the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts • Application period: Feb to May 2012

Applicants: • View programmes information on ipass http://www.ipass.gov.hk • Enter application information and programme choices on E-App • Upload JUPAS Summary Report (with OEA) and SLP to E-App http://www.ipass.gov.hk E-App: forwards applications to institutions • Institutions: • Process applicaitons • contact applicants for interviews (if necessary) • make conditional offers (where appropriate

Modifications of programme choices Before the annoucement of HKDSE results 2 Feb – 4 June 2012 $ 80 • CHANGE the preference order of your programme choices • DELETE programmes from the choice list • REPLACE a choice of study programme with another one • ADD new programmes to the original choices (not exceed 20)

Modifications of programme choices AFTER the annoucement of HKDSE results $0 21 July – 23 July 2012 • CHANGE the preference order of your programme choices • DELETE programmes from the choice list • REPLACE up to 5 programme choices on the selection lists with new programmes / ADD a maximum of 5 new programmes to the original choices (Not exceed 20) 3 July 2012 onwards Check the allotted time-slot
