The Project Plan

This project plan outlines our approach to managing and implementing four to six educational programmes. It emphasizes a flexible, manageable framework with a light touch based on effective Educational Management Models (eMM). Key programmes include International Primary Health Care (UCL), Laws Consortium (LLB), and Applied Educational Leadership.
