What is a QR Code ? “A QR Code is a two dimensional bar code which when scanned using your camera phone enables you to access some pre-written content or complete a task. For instance, read some text, access a web site, send an sms or an email” (University of Bath, Learning and Teaching Enhancement Office, 2010).
How do I read a QR code on my phone? To read (scan) a QR code you will need access to the Internet, a camera phone and a piece of software, called a QR Code Reader. Once you have installed this on your device then you open the application, focus on the QR code and it should decode the QR code. (University of Bath, Learning and Teaching Enhancement Office, 2010).
