  8. Moderator 備忘錄 • 聆聽：保持集中，清晰進度； • 容許愚昧無知：保持包容，互相尊重； • 不断內省：問 “是否 on track？”，“到下個topic 前，有没有重點未cover？”； • 小心用評語； • 清晰討論過程：集中討論，到達要求的 outcomes； • 保持笑容：略加幽默感。
