This proposal aims to improve the Citibus system at Texas Tech University by gathering student feedback. We seek to convince the SGA's External VP, Mike Uryasz, to support a survey initiative to collect opinions from bus riders. Our goal is to identify potential improvements that can enhance the overall quality and user-friendliness of the Citibus service. Strategies include using QR codes in campus newsletters and promoting surveys through various methods. We will address design and writing challenges while ensuring engagement from all members involved in the proposal.
