  4. Colors and Mascot! • The school colors are seal brown, cardinal red, and white • Their mascot is the Brown Bears.

  5. General History of Brown The faculty’s high standard of scholarship and excellence in teaching are well known. The department trains students in the fundamentals of historical thinking: skills and attitudes that will provide a foundation for excellence in a wide range of careers and professions.
