DESCRIPTION

This supplementary figure presents a detailed comparison between the in silico physical map (PMs) and consensus linkage map (LGs) of grape, based on the research by Doligez et al. (2006). The physical map scale is set at 1 mm corresponding to 1 cM of the linkage map and 1 Mb of the genomic sequence.
