  3. Let’s try it When is it harassment? Is this harassment yes or no? Jeff wears the same socks to every baseball game. The other players nick named him socks. Is this harassment? Why or Why not? (Discuss)

  4. More Practice Is it harassment? Why or Why not? Megan ask Stephanie to borrow her homework. Stephanie said “no, that would be cheating.” Megan started a rumor that Stephanie’s parents do her homework for her. (Discuss)

  5. Who’s got the power? Marlena doesn’t like Cate. She makes up a story that Cate is a snitch and can’t be trusted. Now no one will talk to Cate or hang out with her. Cate doesn’t know why kids are calling her “snitch.” She hasn’t told on anyone • What is Marlena’s power? • What can Cate do?
