Configuration of Document Center Create a User Defined Workflow (SPD) • List Workflow on the Estimates library in the Document Center • Name: Review Estimates Create a retention policy for the Estimates library • Library Settings / Permission & Management • Information management policy settings • Select RFP Estimate • Enable Retention • Add a Retention stage

  7. Configuration of Record Center Create a rule to route Completed Estimates into the Final Estimate library with the Record Center • Site Settings / Site Administration • Content Organizer Rules
