  2. What quotations marks are used for. Use quotation marks [ “ ” ] to set off material that represents quoted or spoken language. Meaning that if you like something someone said and want to put it in your paper, you have to use quotations. According to http://grammar.ccc.commnet.edu/grammar/marks/quotation.htm

  3. When and where to use them. Quotation marks also set off the titles of things that do not normally stand by themselves: short stories, poems, and articles. Usually, a quotation is set off from the rest of the sentence by a comma. Ex. Jake said, “ If Joe P. touches my garden one more time, I might go crazy.”

  4. Conversation between two or more people. Each time the speaker chances in the conversation you have to indent. Ex. “ Do you surrender,” said Joe P. . “ Never,” Bobby said.

  5. There’s more to it than comma in quotes. A period is always placed inside quotes, it is never put outside of quotes. "This is incorrect". "It should be written like so." "It should also not do this.” You can also do this with exclamation points and question marks. According to http://wiki.answers.com/Q/When_do_you_put_a_period_inside_quotation_marks

  6. Is this correct? Can you put a exclamation, question marks, or a period in Quotation marks? (Remember what you just saw!!!!!!)
