  2. NECODP Ex Comm Recommendation • Partnership should focus on facilitating information sharing and training for regional data managers, providers and integrators

  3. Partner Feedback • Provide ways and means whereby members can objectively assess the quality and value of their own particular enterprise • Define a clear constituency, addressing their needs would help define the mission • Ask the membership what they are having trouble with in their organizations, some themes will make themselves known • Become a member of ESIP (Earth Science Information Partnership) if not already, and participate in ESIP activities • Partnership should meld/merge with NERACOOS

  4. Partnership Activities • Survey of partners to identify common issues needs • Webinars on data management efforts • Meeting to share information • Expand/ re-populate ex comm • Website • Newsletter • Trainings/workshops • Technical guidance development • Others?

  5. NECODP and NERACOOS • NECODP and NERACOOS are mutually beneficial and can help each other achieve its goals • NECODP serves as Data Management work group for NERACOOS and NERACOOS serves as host for Partnership • NERACOOS will have a focused IOOS standards implementation team that partners are welcome to participate in
