  2. Attendance/Evaluation Form • Be sure you sign the attendance sheet. This is turned in to Central Office for First To The Top requirements. (Being passed around during General Meeting.) • Also, complete Evaluation Form at the end of your day. Return these to the Library &/or Kim Covington before you leave today or first thing Thursday morning. These are turned in to Central Office as part of the First To The Top requirements as well.
