  4. To conduct this report we are going to compare both realities; Colegio polivalente Santa María de Quilicura and Colegio República Alemana Federal, focusing on the relationship between teachers and teachers in both contexts. METHODOLOGY To support: Descriptive information about school context and teachers. Once the observations were finished and notes were taken, the practitioners will proceed to analyze the gathered information.

  5. LITERATURE REVIEW Elizabeth Hinde states that some of the key factors which influence school culture and thereby students’ development are linked to the relationship teachers build among themselves. Benito, B. argues the idea of the powerful role that teachers play within a meaningful learning process; moreover, how their attitude affects in the development of a harmonic environment Santos Guerra, M. A. contributes with the notion of damage caused by gossip among teachers and among all school staff. Antúnez Serafí declares that cooperative and collaborative teachers’ work has been a field sparsely analyzed. He suggests several methodologies to improve collaborative teachers’ work.

  10. CONCLUSION • Is important to have a cordial background. • A positive, supportive and healthy relationship enables a better environment to work. • A cordial environment is beneficial to the relationships that teachers can have and to the whole school atmosphere. • The satisfaction that an affectionate relation can offer makes teachers happier and kind with students.
