  4. Membership Requirements • $5 dues per semester • Attend 1 Event (fundraiser/build day) • Attend 1 General Meeting • Dues can be paid tonight to Nicole, Treasurer

  6. Miami Spring Break 2011 “In this Spring – this is very tough – in this Spring I am taking my talents to South Beach and volunteer with the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami. I feel like this is going to give us the best opportunity to help and to help out for multiple years.” – Jay Mathes

  7. The Quick Facts • We Will Taking 22 People • Leaving April 12th and Getting Back April 20th • Working Tuesday until Friday • Various Night Time Activities • Heat Game? • South Beach? • Clubbin’? • Will Stay in Church or Campground

  8. The Following Hierarchy Will be Used • Cabinet Members • Due Paying Members Who Have Attended 1 Meeting • Total Number of Events (Fundraising/Build Days) • Total Meetings Attended • Interviews Might Be Held after Thanksgiving Break

  12. Pizza Sales • Every Tuesday for 5 more weeks! • Need more volunteers • Can volunteer from 10:40-12 or 12-1:15 • Completing food safety online is quick and easy: www.riskmanagement.iastate.edu/students/food/ • Email Kristen at krtoyne@iastate.edu to sign up to volunteer!

  16. T-shirt Front Design • The writing and the logo will be white! • The color of the shirts are sky blue so something similar to the background of this PowerPoint!

  17. T-shirt Back Design • University Tee is designing the artwork for the back of the t-shirt that will be a house floor plan. • The writing and floor plan will be white with the sky blue t-shirt!

  19. Des Moines Build- This Saturday! • Saturday November 13th • Leave promptly at 7:25 am • Home around 4:45 pm • 15 people- Van Transport • Dress properly for weather and work! • No experience required! • Bring food for lunch, or money to eat out. • December Build?
