Introduction 简介 • The Board is an independent, quasi-judicial, administrative tribunal mandated to mediate and adjudicate workplace disputes under a variety of statutes作为独立、准司法性的行政法庭,受委托对工作场所的各种性质的争端进行调解和裁决 • Its primary work is in administering the Labour Relations Act, 1995 and two other main statutes: the Employment Standards Act, 2000 and the Occupational Health and Safety Act其主要工作涉及到1995年颁布的劳动关系法和另外两部法规:2000年颁布的就业标准法,以及职业卫生与安全法 • OLRB has been in existence over 60 years and has jurisdiction in Ontario (not other provinces or Canada)具有60多年的历史,管辖范围为安大略省 • Overview of the Board概况 Overview--OLRB
