Unknowns Financial impact: • What percentage of profits from differential goes to IEEE central? • How much benefits the society may receive from IEEE by increasing membership? • How much profits did RAS get from ICRA differential in the past? • Political impact • How much are we willing to invest on increasing our membership?

  15. Conference Membership Recruitment Program JOIN IEEE and GET A FREE SOCIETY! Each full-dues paying higher grade IEEE membership applicant is given a free membership to one of IEEE Technical Societies. The goal is to recruit IEEE members at conferences. The program runs from 1st of September 2003 through 15 of August 2004.
