  2. Priorities • To make the United Kingdom a hostile environment for those involved in the trafficking of human beings and the exploitation of trafficked people, and to remove fear from and give reassurance to victims, by taking forward a victim centred human rights based approach. www.ukhtc.org

  3. Priorities • To prevent Human Trafficking, both external and internal, by building knowledge and understanding of the harm it causes and its casual effects, and utilising that knowledge and understanding, to direct and prioritise the UK law enforcement response. www.ukhtc.org

  4. Priorities • To improve the law enforcement response to Human Trafficking by raising awareness of the key issues, the development and delivery of relevant training and to deliver and co-ordinate that response among UK law enforcement and prosecution agencies. www.ukhtc.org

  5. Priorities • To develop and promote a victim centred human rights based approach to victims of trafficking, working together with other agencies, stakeholder organisations and NGOs. www.ukhtc.org

  6. Remit The remit of the centre will include all aspects of Trafficking including: • Domestic Servitude • Child Trafficking • Labour Exploitation • Organ Harvesting • Sexual Exploitation www.ukhtc.org

  10. UKHTC Research Group • To establish a virtual University with the objective of prioritising areas of research and, wherever possible, accessing appropriate funding streams. www.ukhtc.org
